Travel Nurse - Med/Surg Number of positions: 1 Shift: Day shifts- 36 hours (weekends rotating)

Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly Pay:
$68 OT: 1.5 Weekly pay: $2,448 JOB DESCRIPTION Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner. Collaborating on discharge planning with the healthcare team. Answering questions and educating patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care. Maintaining and updating patient files, medical charts, and health records. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two years in med/surg current experience Covid Vaccine required Active unencumbered RN Georgia state license or compact license License/Registration/Certification BLS, ACLS - American Heart Association SKILLS/ ABILITIES/
