As a General Manager with Community Impact, you have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of those around you.

You will oversee a market team of designers, editors, reporters, and account executives, skillfully weaving together their strengths to deliver high-quality, local media to over two million readers.

About This Role

Interface with city officials, school board members, business owners, and other community leaders to drive business growth and development.
Leverage proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales to drive revenue and expand our reach.
Combine creative direction and leadership skills to develop innovative solutions and achieve goals.
Enjoy a high level of responsibility, independence, and trust, with opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and building up the talent around you.
Exercise a sharp eye for detail and stay curious about things going on in your community or industry.
Set, monitor, and attain sales goals while staying adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances.

The role requires office hours in Jersey Village, Texas on Mondays and as needed for training. However, the vast majority of the role's duties will be conducted from the field in Bellaire, Meyerland, and West University.
