    **Join Our Critical Care Team as a Night Shift RN**

    **Job Description:**
    - **Position Title:** Clinical Nurse I, II, III, IV
    - **Shift:** NIGHTS 7PM - 7AM
    - **Start Date:** ASAP

    **Essential Qualifications:**
    - **Education:**
    - Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
    - **Licenses/Certifications:**
    - Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
    - BLS Certification from AHA.
    - ACLS Certification from AHA.
    - TNCC Certification.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served.
    - Ensure quality care is delivered in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with unit standards.
    - Demonstrate performance aligned with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization.
    - Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration.

    **Skills Needed:**
    - Strong clinical knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served.
    - Awareness and sensitivity to patients' rights during care delivery.
    - Effective communication tailored to the developmental age of patients.

    **Experience:**
    - Minimum of 1 year experience in critical care preferred.

    **Work Environment:**
    - Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays.
    - Work in a clean, well-lit, ventilated, smoke-free environment.
    - Manage varied working hours with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.

    **Physical Requirements:**
    - Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations.
    - Prolonged standing and walking, heavy physical effort to position, push, and/or transfer patients or equipment.
    - Requires considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
    - Visual acuity and manual dexterity within normal or correctable limits.
