Atkore - Houston currently has an opening for a first shift Forklift Operator at our Houston, TX plant. The position will have broad responsibility within the production department. This position will work first shift and flexibility will be required dependent on projects and workload.
Job Responsibilities:
-Loading and unloading product / material for production lines
-Supply raw material to production lines and assist in constant production
-Paperwork to process shipping and warehousing activity
-All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous work experience operating a forklift or other similar equipment required.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility required.
Previous work experience with paperwork and scanning experience preferred.
Knowledge of lean production processes preferred.
