    Description

    Industrial Maintenance Leadership Opportunity at ATS

    Founded in 1985, ATS is a leading company with operations in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Specializing in Industrial Maintenance, we are dedicated to enhancing factory operations.

    • Summary:
      - Leads the ATS maintenance and/or materials services delivery team with a focus on safety, customer engagement, and team development.
      - Manages site financial performance and fosters positive employee experiences.
      - Additional responsibilities may include overseeing Site Supervisors, Reliability staff, and Supply Chain employees.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      - Promote a culture of safety and wellness among employees and customers through the implementation of safety programs and initiatives.
      - Communicate a clear vision and strategy to motivate and guide employees toward common objectives.
      - Cultivate positive relationships within the organization and with customers, fostering transparency, engagement, and continuous improvement.
      - Develop team capabilities, drive business results, and maintain customer relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
      - Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
    • Requirements:
      Essential:
      - Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related field, or extensive operations/maintenance experience.
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on employee development and performance improvement.
      - Proficiency in manufacturing environments, business acumen, and customer focus.
      Desirable:
      - Experience in manufacturing maintenance, proficiency in maintenance processes, and excellent computer skills.
      - Ability to relocate as needed, exceptional communication skills, and financial acumen.
