    Make a Lasting Impact in Neuroscience Care at the Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain and Spine Institute

    As a Clinical Program Manager at the Sandra and Malcom Berman Brain and Spine Institute, you will lead multidisciplinary programs in epilepsy, movement disorders, spine, multiple sclerosis, and concussion-coordinating exceptional care, driving clinical excellence, and shaping the future of ambulatory and inpatient neuroscience services.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Provide managerial oversight and coaching to clinical staff across Brain and Spine Institute neuroscience programs, in support of best practices.

    Lead the multidisciplinary development and implementation of clinical care pathways, educational materials and new program initiatives.

    Serve as a key clinical resource to nursing, providers, and other team members on institute programs.

    Manage our National Association of Epilepsy Centers accreditation as a level 3 epilepsy center.

    Build and analyze patient population databases and prepare reports/presentations.


    Collaborate on projects to improve patient flow, safety, education and outcomes from care transitions to referral networking and marketing strategies.

    Liaise with LifeBridge Health and external neurologists to coordinate patients requiring additional neurodiagnostic testing.


    Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges for the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, including scheduling, obtaining prior authorizations and providing patient and family education on process.


    Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to review neurodiagnostic testing, discuss seizure events and collaborate on diagnostic and treatment care plans on Epilepsy Monitoring Unit patients.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:
    Bachelor of Science in Nursing


    Licensure/Certifications:
    Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR


    Experience:
    7 years bedside nursing with at least 2 years' experience in leadership and/or program management required. Neuroscience experience preferred.

    Strong multidisciplinary collaborator with excellent coaching, project leadership and data/analysis experience.

    Passion for innovation, patient advocacy, and community centered care.

    Salary range $80K to $125K, depending on experience and internal equity.
