Position Title: Occupational Therapist - Clinic Based

Position Type: Full-Time, Benefited

Compensation: $94,000 - $114,000 DOE

Location: Colton, CA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations for varying populations and varying disorders while utilizing both formal measures and informal measures aligned with evidence based practices, industry guidelines and standards of practices
• Execute individual treatment plans for clients using evidence based practices
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals and projected discharge dates
• Educate and train families about various OT techniques and strategies
• Supervise up to two (2) COTAs compliance with current CA Board standards
• Collaborative with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure clients are receiving quality services and goals are being met
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university
• Current OT License from the CA Board of Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
