Job Overview:

Penn Medicine's Liver Transplant Program has an opening for a pre-liver transplant coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of liver transplantation, from initial referral through post-transplant follow-up.

• This involves working closely with multiple teams including physicians, nurses, social workers, financial coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow.
• The successful candidate must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, have knowledge of liver disease processes as well as standards related specifically towards ensuring safe transfusion practices while caring out appropriate ancillary support services during outpatient visits provided via telehealth sessions only remotely without on-site assessment given there no hospital premises available nearby outside scheduled procedures once undergone prior consent & formal registration process occurs over week prior thereto upon completion thereof date/time identified pertinent origanizing matters around!
