Job summary

The Marine Operations Support Coordinator role involves assisting the Demand Planning department with fleet acquisition and registration. The position requires organizing and tracking acquired fleets from manufacturers, ensuring compliance with requirements such as boat registration and insurance enrollment.

Responsibilities include supporting compliance activities like boat registration renewals, insurance enrollment local/state registration activities. This also entails effectively communicating status of boat registrations/titles. Additionally this role assists in updating information in Fleetio system as needed.

Key skills required are administrative support proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Outlook effective communication organizational skills ability to work unsupervised strong attention detail computer literacy multitasking large data amounts interpersonal skills reading comprehension minimal supervision

Qualifications

A college degree is preferred or commensurate experience along with familiarity boats boating a plus experience data entry clerical tasks proficiency PC-based software Adobe Acrobat Pro PowerPoint Word well-organized self-motivated assertive tenacious willingness accept new responsibilities grow within role
