    Join our team at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-Designated Cancer Center in Oklahoma. As a Budget Analyst in our Clinical Trials Office, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care and cutting-edge treatment options.

    Duties:

    • Coverage Analysis: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure billing compliance for all Clinical Trials.
    • CTMS Calendars/Integration: Build calendars for accounts receivable tracking, working closely with the Finance team.
    • Process Optimization & Integration: Enhance team performance through process management and cross-functional coordination.
    • Budget Negotiation/Preparation: Negotiate cost coverage with pharmaceutical companies and support grant submissions.
    • Coordination of Contracts: Develop contractual documents and ensure study requisitions are complete.
    • As Needed: Assist with various tasks to support team function.

    Job Requirements

    • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 12 months of relevant experience.
    • Preferred: 12 months of experience in a clinical or research setting.
    • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with financial expertise and technological acumen.
    • Physical Requirements: Sit for prolonged periods, manual dexterity, computer use.
    • Working Conditions: Standard office environment.
