- Build strong relationships with operations partners, Union representatives, HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues Support HR efforts related to investigations, governmental inquiries / charges, grievance resolution, performance and absence management, complaints of unfair employment practices / discrimination, and disciplinary action Coach, counsel, and educate salaried operations partners on HR policies, processes, programs and strategies Foster an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values Analyze data and use technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs / opportunities and develop solutions to meet those needs HR Business Partner experience including project management, change management and/or organizational development Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and computer skills Willing to work in a manufacturing environment, including shift work (including nights and weekends, as assigned) Responsible of aspects of hourly employee administration on assigned crew/shift and investigate and prepare responses to grievances Support hourly personnel hiring, personnel relations activities and health and safety activities as required

Human Resources Coordinator/Asst.
– Labor Relations Department*General Responsibilities:
+ This person needs to be dependable / accurate in data entry and documentation / able to communicate with hourly employees and the labor relations team / they must be committed to show up for work on the assigned shifts. They will be entering reasons for missing work and may deal with some personal identifiable information along the way.+ Most of the work will be using SharePoint to access an excel tracking sheet and doing data entry. This would be helping out Labor Relations tremendously so that they can do their regular jobs doing investigations, holding labor hearings, processing grievances, etc.+ Strong organizational skills as they will be collecting and documenting information that needs to be entered accurately and timely regarding employees.+ They will need to get feedback from folks on missing shifts, updates on expected return dates, follow up documentation and must be comfortable working within a union environment and interacting with Area Supervisor/Managers as well as line workers/station operators at times.
