    • Shift Type: Night, 4x10-hour shifts
    • Shift Hours: 20:30 – 07:00
    • Position / Specialty: RN – Operating Room
    • Scheduled Shift: 4x10s, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
    • Block Scheduling: Not available
    • Call Requirements:
      • One 10-hour shift per month
      • Scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday
      • Call hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
      • No weekday call
    • Weekend Requirement:
      • Every other weekend
      • 2 weekends per month
    • Requested Time Off (RTO):
      • Maximum 5 days
      • No more than 2 consecutive days
      • No holiday RTO allowed
      • No RTO the day before or after a holiday
      • No weekend RTO
    • Float Requirement:
      • Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
      • Cook is a mandatory float facility
      • All resources are required to float at facility discretion
    • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
    • Required Years of Experience:
      • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care OR experience
    • Required Experience:
      • Level 1 Trauma experience
      • Strong scrub and circulate skills
      • Experience in:
        • Orthopedics
        • Ortho Trauma
        • Vascular
        • Urology
        • General Surgery
    • Preferred Experience:
      • Neurosurgery (crani & spine)
      • Open Heart / Thoracic
      • Ophthalmology
      • ENT
      • Bariatric
      • Gynecology
    • Required Certifications:
      • BLS
    • Local Candidates:
      • Accepted
      • Locals preferred
      • Must live within 75 miles of the facility
    • Pending License: Not accepted
    • Hospital Highlights:
      • Level 1 Trauma Center
    • Scrub Color: Navy Blue (provided)
    • Charting System: Cerner
