- Responsible for customer visitation, relationship management for all clients assigned
- Maintain project calendar, develop agendas, record minutes and action items and facilitate meetings
- Continually monitor cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.
- Monitor and maintain budgeted labor hours at assigned sites/accounts
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure team effectiveness
- Meet and exceed all goals and KPI's for assigned area
- Plan, organize and lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identify/implement best practices for assigned area
- Identify and resolve all/any issues that hinder cleaning performance
- Manage supply inventory levels at customer sites.
- Meet with customers, prepare presentations, and perform quarterly business reviews
- Ensures accurate time/attendance recording and labor law compliance.
- Follow all customer and company protocols, where applicable.
- All other duties as defined by your supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years (in lieu of experience) in facilities, production, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality, or related field
- Experience managing an hourly labor force
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills, adhering to all regulations
- Demonstrated problem solving/issue resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to speak Spanish
- Proven ability to adhere to all policy and conduct standards and embraces the culture of ESP
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Operate a motor vehicle

The ideal Account Manager at ESP is responsible for the customer relationships, client retention, and quality programs of specific customer accounts or locations in a geographic area which serves our existing partners. The role is responsible for managing, defining, coordinating, facilitating projects and ensuring the success of the assigned accounts and regional operations of the partners they are responsible for.
