    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President for Marketing who will lead our day-to-day marketing functions as well as the strategy and vision of our brand.

    This role requires an exceptional leader with a track record in driving marketing contributed pipeline and qualified leads the ability to secure Navigate's position as a leader in the wellbeing technology industry.

    How you contribute to our success

    The Vice President for Marketing executes the strategic vision for Navigate's brand story, credibility and recognition and develops the operational marketing strategies that bring buyers to Navigate.

    The VPM is responsible for developing and growing a high performing marketing team.

    Specifically leading the team in a manner that differentiates navigate in our marketplace through a creative and competitive brand, sales enablement materials and support, content, lead generation, social media, public relations, and advertising strategy.

    A successful marketing team will drive wellbeing-based technology buyers to Navigate and influence their decision to choose Navigate to meet these needs.

    Success for this position is defined by marketing contributed sales pipeline and new recurring revenue sales goal achievement.

    Your Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community


    Work with the VP for Growth, CEO and executive team to develop the marketing strategy for Navigate and all sales channels.

    Hire and develop the talent needed to execute and deliver on this strategy.

    Execute and deliver on the marketing strategy as evidenced by marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads and new sales goal achievement.

    You will contribute to increasing Navigate's market share.
    Provide oversight and direction for the plan development, execution and goal achievement for the following:

    Branding
    Public Relations
    Advertising
    Demand Generation
    Market research and data
    Events and Sponsorships
    Content
    Sales Enablement
    Product knowledge and promotion in partnership with the Director of Product and Strategy
    Marketing team selection, training, and development

    Propose a budget for approval and ensure the marketing team operates within the approved budget.
    Develop sales collateral and train employees on the use of the collateral materials.
    Provide weekly and monthly reporting on marketing campaigns, activities, events, leads and conversions.

    Collaborate closely with the sales, product, technology and finance teams to ensure we are always putting our best in the marketplace.

    Develop relationships with external contacts and vendors that help grow Navigate.
    Support the client services team in the development and execution of client related materials.

    Support the product team in the development of materials related to the effective deployment of products as part of the sale and ongoing service to the client.

    Manage the marketing technology suite to ensure compliance, full and effective use of each solution and that all staff are trained on each solution to use it to its fullest capacity.

    Position Requirements

    Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, building a marketing engine that supports brand recognition and the sales process.
    Proven track record of achieving marketing contributed revenue goals in the B2B market.
    Significant experience in the wellbeing industry, preferably the wellbeing-based technology industry.
    Existing strong network of wellbeing leaders, producers, and vendors.
    Expert knowledge in all marketing tools and assets, brand recognition and go to market strategies.
    Experience in fast-paced and high growth environment.
    People first leadership and management style. Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.

    Experience & Education needed for success in this role
    Experience
    A minimum of ten years' experience successfully executing marketing strategy in the wellbeing industry.
    Periodic travel is expected in this role.
    Education
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business degree and experience.
    Physical & Working Environment
    Standard office work environment. Minimum ability to lift push and pull 10lbs for event booth set up.
