    About the Position:

    As the Business Analysis service delivery manager at the newly established Business Analysis Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a crucial role in the success of large-scale projects and enhancements. You will lead and oversee a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the alignment of business goals with high-quality solutions. Working closely with senior leaders, you will analyze the current operating model and drive transformation toward modern practices. Reporting to the AVP - Product Readiness & Transformation, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Delivering projects and IT services that meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Managing and developing staff, fostering talent, and ensuring team engagement.
    • Maintaining platform stability and availability while aligning with IT strategy and business needs.
    • Collaborating with IT and business leaders to contribute to strategic plans and foster innovation.

    What we're looking for:

    • 6-7 years of experience in leading IT solution delivery.
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
    • Relevant technology certifications.
