THE POSITION Are you ready to take on a new challenge Westmoreland County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is eager to welcome a Complex Case Dual Diagnosis Cross-System Coordinator County Intellectual Disability Program Specialist 1 to our team of professionals This role offers specialized support for individuals with dual diagnoses who may not yet qualify for waiver services ensuring appropriate resource linkage and follow-up The coordinator will also play a key role in data collection and analysis to advocate for further expansion of community-based programs and services to meet the growing needs of this population We offer a generous benefit package and a supportive work environment Grow your career with us
Qualifications
- Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities
- A bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training
