Qualifications:
Lift and carry 20 lb up stairs Operate cleaning equipment Operate an electric golf cart Use chemicals according to labeling safetyClean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartmentsBilingual (any language) a plusUnderstand company policiesPayroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account
