As a Traveling Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across different locations, showcasing your skills and expertise in overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

    Responsibilities: - Manage and direct all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with the project team, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. - Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed.

    Essential Job Functions: - Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. - Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions. - Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, site records, and change orders. - Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

    Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in Tilt-Wall Projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. - Excellent leadership and organizational skills. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
