• Identify and engage with potential clients, including seniors and their families, in the Southwest valley area
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase client referrals
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote the services offered by Home Instead
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and initiatives
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activitiesRequirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship

• Knowledge of the Southwest valley area is a plus
