Hospitalist Opportunity | Central NY | 7-on/7-off | PSLF Eligible We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join a collaborative inpatient team in Central New York.

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, community-focused hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care on a 7 on / 7 off schedule Conduct daily rounds with an average census of 12???15 patients per physician Admit patients and respond effectively to rapid responses and codes Work in an open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation Perform patient assessments, histories, physicals, and documentation using Paragon EMR Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to ensure optimal outcomes Participate in a hospitalist team managing 40???50 patients daily No on-call responsibilities Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Comfortable practicing in an open ICU model with intensivist support Commitment to a permanent, full-time position Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Life and disability insurance Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Retirement programs and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Generous PTO, vacation, and sick time Opportunities for career growth and employee discounts This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitalist seeking work-life balance, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a close-knit community.
