- Coordinate patient flow
- Confirm patient appointments
- Submit treatment plans for predetermination of benefits
- Check messages (email and phone)
- Keep patients' insurance information up to date
- Other duties as assigned by management
- 2 years' office experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of computers for word processing, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management (list software experience required including any specific dental software)
