    JOB TITLE: Assistant Wedding Chapel Coordinator

    DEPARTMENT: Hotel Operations

    REPORTS TO: Spa and Wedding Services Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Assistant Wedding Coordinator aids with the daily functions of the Wedding Chapel for multiple venues including: The LINQ & High Roller, Flamingo, Paris, and Planet Hollywood. They finalize all wedding ceremony files, assists in the running of each wedding, and helps to keep the Wedding Chapel appearance at its best, while providing guests with information on wedding ceremonies.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    • Assists Wedding Coordinators with running of the ceremonies.
    • Conducts pre-wedding meetings with couples the day prior to their ceremony.
    • Keeps chapel well stocked with supplies by informing the Manager of inventory.
    • Answers phone calls and gives information on the Wedding Chapel.
    • Give tours of the Chapels to potential couples.
    • Check daily floral orders to ensure accuracy.
    • Finalizing of all wedding ceremony files, which includes contracts, any special orders, and payment information.
    • Ensure chapel is clean, organized, and ready to go before each wedding
    • Assists in ringing up daily weddings or retail in POS
    • Orders all commemorative bricks for the Gardens.
    • Creates all vow renewal, and brick certificates for guests.
    • Keeps Wedding Chapel organized daily.
    • Assists with all ordering of chapel goods. Bakery items, and retail items.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
    • Work requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Work requires a minimum of a High School Diploma.
    • Work prefers prior experience in customer service or office assistant position for at least 1-2 years.
    • Must present a neat and professional appearance.
    • Work requires knowledge of computer programs including: Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook
    PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

    Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner.
