    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Martinez, California.
    Must have 2+ years of experience.
    This contract pays approximately $10,647/month gross.

    Assignment details:
    Contract length: 13 weeks

    Shift length: 12 hour shifts

    Job responsibilities:
    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
    Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
    Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
