    Responsibilities:

    Position Summary:

    This is a role within the Centralized Logistics Department. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supporting a team that provides superior customer service by developing and aligning tactical plans that leverage standard processes and eliminate waste across multiple functions. They will drive profitable growth by engaging and partnering with delivery, sales, merchandising, and warehouse operations to provide efficient and effective logistics planning services. This position will drive continuous improvement within the Logistics Team as well as with business unit leadership and other company functions.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Ensure Logistics Analysts build tactical route plans in order to maximize productivity level, minimize out of stocks, and provide superior customer service.
    • Supervise a team of highly engaged, diverse professionals to drive value to our business through business results and by maximizing the return on our investment in people.
    • Support planner to balance workload between development of annual strategic plans and daily execution of tactical plans.
    • Collaborate across the Reyes sales and operations organizations to ensure alignment to the go to market strategies and identify future improvement opportunities.
    • Maintain working knowledge of all department IT applications and SOPs and ensure team is adhering to and optimizing available methodologies, tools and resources.
    • Manage and consistently achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the department and alignment to corporate objectives.
    • Identify new opportunities across the business, the team, and the use of tools.
    • Other projects or duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree and 2+ years related experience OR High School Diploma and 4-5+ years related experience
    • Strong leadership, team building and performance management skills.
    • Effective communication skills oral, written and presentation.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation.
    • Experience solving a variety problems that range from simple to more complex.
    • Strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Some travel into market units.
    • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Supervisory or Management experience.
    • Route Planning and/or Route Optimization experience.
    • Power BI or similar business intelligence suite experience.
    • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools.
    • Experience with Truck Load Diagramming Tools.
    • Paragon, RoadNet, ALR or similar route execution tools.
