    JOB Description:

    The Role
    • Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.
    Skills and Responsibilities
    • Strong technical program management skills and experience in semiconductor company.
    • Requires demonstrated expertise in the development, implementing, and management of hardware and software development processes
    • Strong ability to facilitate problem solving & resolve issues across organizations and an ability to learn on the job.
    • Experience in project management with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, project risks, customer communication, requirement tracking, conflict resolution, and escalation management
    • Managing multiple simultaneous programs which include development and delivery of HW/SW modules and solutions in Embedded space.
    • Involves coordination across the organization, across geos, from HW to SW development, execution, testing, certification and delivery to customer.
    • Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information in articulate manner. Require basic negotiation and influence, ability to resolve issues in non-confrontational manner with tact and diplomacy
    Principal Duties And Responsibilities
    • Supports the establishment of program goals and prioritizes deliverables under minimal supervision of Program Management stakeholders.
    • Manages and takes responsibility for multiple small programs/technology with minimal complexity or a single program/technology with moderate complexity by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
    • Builds and manages the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for multiple small programs or a single medium sized program, which includes schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, and prioritization.
    • Tracks all key metrics pertaining to a program, provides early warning for potential metric deviations and escalates in timely manner when metrics deviate significantly from Plan of Record.
    • Develops clear Program Dashboard on planning and development progress, reports crisp status update and timely communication to stakeholders.
    • Coordinates the work of a team on assigned tasks with guidance and maintains progress in tracking system.
    • Identifies program issues/risks and creates a risk mitigation plan for multiple small programs or a single medium-sized program. Maintains and updates the risk tracker.
    • Supports team vision and objectives by motivating team.
    • Supports the compliance of processes by following best practices and procedures and providing observations for process improvement.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
      • A technology related engineering degree plus related experience preferred (silicon process technology, product development, and/or technical project management), or equivalent combination of training and experience. An advanced degree may reduce the preferred experience.
    • 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • 3+ years Program Management or related work experience.
    • 1+ years experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
    • 1+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
    • Prior experience in HW and SW Solution development.
