Were looking for a highly organized and solutions-focused
Remote Client Success & Operations Coordinator
to manage client touchpoints, oversee workflow processes, and ensure service delivery runs efficiently from onboarding through completion.
In this fully remote position, youll act as the central point of coordination for client requests, timelines, and service details. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly, and takes initiative in keeping systems organized and responsive. Ideal candidates are self-directed, dependable, and confident using established tools and processes to deliver consistent results.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee client communications across active projects
- Monitor workflow timelines and ensure timely follow-up and confirmations
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and service updates
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and support internal process efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Prior experience in customer support, account coordination, operations, or client services (helpful but not required)
- Able to work independently in a remote setting using structured systems and resources
- Detail-focused and comfortable with digital platforms and communication tools
- Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
