*Job Title: Beverage Lab Technician**Location:

• Onsite (Valhalla, NY, 10595)

*Duration:* 12 months

*Work schedule:

• M-F 8-5

*Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Beverage Lab Technician to join our team at the Citrus Lab. The ideal candidate will support our Product Developers in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of beverage batches. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful development and maintenance of our beverage products.

*Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare beverage and beverage concentrates to support new product development, brand maintenance, and other projects.
• Conduct bench top batches, and schedule and support pilot plant productions.
• Submit samples for Quality Control (QC), Microbiological (Micro), and any other required analyses.
• Coordinate and collect data for product shelf life studies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of batches, experiments, and lab inventory.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, other Product Developers, and support teams to complete projects.

*Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (will consider excellent internships).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.

• Batches and Experiments: 3 years (Preferred)
• Food industry: 2 years (Preferred)

* bench top batches: 2 years (Preferred)
