    Description

    SAIC is currently seeking a HUMINT Operational Support PED Trainer to provide HUMINT Interrogation and FORMICA training and operational support Echelon Corps and Below at Fort Liberty, NC.

    Job Duties:

  • Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR)
  • Monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs
  • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments and all manner of intelligence products to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
  • Research, compile, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate all-source intelligence data focused on threats from insurgent organizations and conventional ground forces in response to national intelligence priorities
  • Provide instruction on Tactical focused Interrogation, with emphasis on rapid collection
  • Maintain SOMM accounts and data management
  • Review Contact Memorandums for intelligence oversight purposes
  • Review and Maintain Intelligence Information Reports, and other associated reporting
  • Manage Collection Requirements
  • Draft Collection Emphasis Messages and other collection and reporting guidance as required
  • Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Required Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
  • Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
  • Ability to structure interrogation training strategy focused against LSCO, based on trends in reporting and a range of perspectives from organizations and intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
