- Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR)
- Monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs
- Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments and all manner of intelligence products to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
- Research, compile, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate all-source intelligence data focused on threats from insurgent organizations and conventional ground forces in response to national intelligence priorities
- Provide instruction on Tactical focused Interrogation, with emphasis on rapid collection
- Maintain SOMM accounts and data management
- Review Contact Memorandums for intelligence oversight purposes
- Review and Maintain Intelligence Information Reports, and other associated reporting
- Manage Collection Requirements
- Draft Collection Emphasis Messages and other collection and reporting guidance as required
- Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Ability to structure interrogation training strategy focused against LSCO, based on trends in reporting and a range of perspectives from organizations and intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
