    Key Responsibilities:

    Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures

    Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthetic plans

    Evaluate patients' medical histories and develop personalized anesthesia plans based on their individual needs

    Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures

    Provide post-operative pain management and monitor patients' recovery

    Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain procedures and address any concerns

    Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room

    Stay up-to-date on advancements in anesthesia techniques and equipment

    Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed

    Qualifications:

    Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine

    Board certification in Anesthesiology

    Valid state medical license and DEA registration

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Anesthesiologist

    Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and equipment

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

    Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
