- Own cross-functional and cross-geography projects within the US Advisory Finance Business Partnership team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

- Create and implement a comprehensive training and onboarding program for new team members.
- Ensure that all team members have a solid understanding of our processes, tools, and best practices.

- Immerse yourself in our business —from top to bottom. Dive deep into our partners, operations, clients, and industry dynamics.
- Gain insights into how our approach to finance as a business partner enables decision-making in the areas of finance (FP&A), revenue and expense management.
- Prepare for a future Finance Business Partner role by mastering the intricacies of our organization, earning trust, and building strong relationships.
- Zoom out beyond day-to-day task at hand. Think big, analyze trends, and drive toward long-term goals.
- Contribute to extended leadership discussions and provide valuable insights.
- Align your actions with Americas Advisory Finance's overarching vision and principles.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
