    This community has large two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with either fenced patios or balconies.

    Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.

    Yardi is a plus. Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required.


    Salary range:
    $ $36.55 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $ $29.75 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.     The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing.
