+ Key duties include advising employers on legal issues, creating relationships with members through communication,
orienting them in membership benefits while ensuring member confidence in council expertise,
demonstrating independence when advising management on complex employment law matters,
evaluating EEO/Civil Rights claims drafting position statements representing employers in agency proceedings.
