Job summary

This role is based in the Northeast region, with a preference for candidates located in Greater NYC. The North Regional Director of Sales is responsible for driving regional sales performance through a balanced focus on customer development, distributor execution, and operational alignment.

Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales plans aligned with national commercial strategy and company objectives, leading and managing distributor and branch performance across the region to ensure service, coverage, and profitability expectations are met,

Cross-functional alignment partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align distribution capacity inventory routing with customer demand Collaborate Marketing on regional execution promotions launches merchandising initiatives Lead coach develop regional sales operational talent Promote culture accountability performance continuous improvement Support talent assessment succession planning within region

  • Bachelor's degree Business Sales Marketing related field required.
  • College Degree MBA preferred
