ResponsibilitiesSupervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).+ Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.+ Assist with performance evaluations.+ Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.+ Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
