Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Management of a team of web developers to design, maintain, update, and enhance functionality of web applications.
Maintaining data accuracy, content, and ensures optimal performance, up-time, and security of website.
Partners with business to lead application design initiatives.

Develops and executes project plans; establishes scope & target dates; facilitates & leads project meetings; provides ongoing communication to upper management on project status.

Responsible for team management, coaching, talent selection, retention, and training plans.
Performs other IT duties as assigned.

The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home.

Scope of Job:
Typically manages 2 or more direct reports. Implements policies, procedures, and strategies under the direction of management.


Qualifications:
Experience leading a web application development project team.
Experience with projects using Angular 9 or higher, TypeScript, API's, or Java a plus.
Experience w

ith web application servers such as WebSphere or JBoss a plus.
Jira, BitBucket, GitHub, Jenkins, Adobe XD, and UX design knowledge a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, & organizational skills.
Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of IT management experience.
