ECS is seeking a Chief of Logistics to work in our Arlington, VA office.
+Responsibilities
- Coordinate across the Solutions team and our partners in delivery, capture, and business development to ensure alignment and follow-through on commitments
- Track actions, decisions, and deliverables; keep the team accountable to timelines without needing to be asked
- Ow n internal communications—drafting updates, announcements, and materials that keep stakeholders informed
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, collaborating with technical and delivery teams, or a similar role supporting technical or consulting teams ; Excellent written , verbal communication skills , being able t /i/facilitate ana/enabling team/sog/to organize these into compelling informative communication materials /i>/ strong li li Creative eyeand experience producing polished visuals (presentations graphics diagrams) Proficiency with Atlassian (Jira Confluence) Microsoft 365
Comfort with light technical work: building dashboards simple automations (Power Automate scripting or similar), working with data Abilityto work effectivelywith senior technica staf fexternal stakeholders S. citizenship ability obtain U.S. security clearance clearance not required but preferred Desired Skills Experience federal contracting professional services environment Familiarity capture/proposal processese xperience Salesforce Experience tool like Tableau Power BI or similareporting visualization #ECS1 ECS leading mid-sized provider technology services United States Federal Government focus people values purpose Every day employees provide their technical talent support Federal Agencies Departments US Government serve protect defend American People
