    Milo Live is a premier design and manufacturing company of quality and innovative live fire Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS /RR), Modular Shooting Ranges, brick and mortar ranges, shooting range equipment, and HVAC supply.

    We have been directly involved with the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment of over 120 modular shooting range systems and over 500 different brick and mortar ranges.

    Shooting Range Industries has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design and installation.

    SRI has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all of our customer's needs.


    Job Summary:
    Work in the North Las Vegas facility.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with little supervision and must be able to read and interpret specifications and shop drawings; use precision measuring devices such as calipers & micrometers; and use material handling equipment such as forklifts.

    This position requires skills in measuring, layout, fabrication, welding, and finishing work of metal steel & frames. A minimum of 2-3 years of welding experience required.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Use hand welding and flame-cutting equipment to weld together metal components and parts or to cut, trim, or scarf metal objects to dimensions, as specified by layouts, work orders, or blueprints
    • Work with demanding seams and/or difficult/large work pieces
    • Develop templates and other work aids to hold and align parts
    • Determine required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
    • Provide relevant feed back to Manager to enable continuous product improvement
    • Adhere to all Safety and Health policies and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned

    RequirementsQualifications:

    • Must take AND pass a prescreen drug test and background check
    • Must pass welding test prior to being hired
    • Must possess HS Diploma or GED
    • Have the ability to read project plans, interpret weld symbols, and read a measuring tape
    • Must have set-up experience
    • GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, FCAW (Steel) in flat horizontal & vertical
    • Must be certified and have knowledge of MIG welding/1-inch/ all positions
    • Position requires physical work with material handling/lifting up to 50-75 lbs., good hand/eye dexterity, and continuous walking
    • Forklift (5000 lb.) & hand/power tool experience is preferred
    • Must have experience with the following machines: plasma cutters, MIG welder, oxy-fuel cutting torch and various grinders

    The following tools are needed:
    helmet, leathers, steel-toed boots; hand-grinder a plus

    • Must be willing to learn other trades and have a desire to learn new skills
    • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
