- Minimum of 2 years as a Network Systems Engineer or Network Administrator
- Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019/2022 with current Microsoft certifications or willingness to commit to obtaining one
- Experience with desktop/laptop computer support, including familiarity with all versions of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11
- Experience deploying, administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 hosted Exchange mailboxes and all versions of MS Office, including Office 365
- Experience configuring and managing business-class firewalls and switches, including setup of VLANs, NAT rules, VPN tunnels, etc.
- Experience with data backup and disaster recovery software solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, VMWare, Linux, VOIP phone systems, and Cisco hardware is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting primarily Windows-based business computer networks, including both hardware and software support, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity.
Our engineers support a variety of business types and work closely with our RMM/helpdesk team to ensure that clients receive the best service possible. Required/Preferred Work Experience

Average work week is about 45 hours.
