    The Sitetracker Developer is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Sitetracker platform to support our project and asset management needs, as well as developing custom solutions within the platform. The Sitetracker Developer will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform's effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Sitetracker experience is a MUST. Candidate must live in Hotwire market (AZ, CA, FL, GA, NV, Greater PA, NC, SC, TX)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Configure and customize Sitetracker to meet the specific needs of our projects and operations.
    2. Develop custom solutions and applications within Sitetracker to address unique business requirements.
    3. Create and manage project templates, workflows, and automation rules in Sitetracker.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide Sitetracker solutions.
    5. Maintain data integrity within the platform and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
    6. Train new users and provide ongoing support to ensure proficient use of Sitetracker.
    7. Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
    8. Stay up to date with Sitetracker updates and industry best practices to make recommendations for improvements.
    9. Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for Sitetracker usage.
    10. Serve as the primary point of contact for Sitetracker-related inquiries and issues.
    11. Configure and maintain Sitetracker settings, including user management, profiles, roles, security, and data access.
    12. Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into project performance and key metrics.
    13. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Sitetracker configuration changes.
    14. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and project managers to implement and deliver projects cohesively.
    15. Other duties as required or assigned.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    • Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience preferred.
    • Experience as Sitetracker Administrator and Developer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in developing programming like Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and Visualforce.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
