Gastroenterology Opening Near Boston, MALocated in Burlington, MA - Boston 17mFull-timeJoin the Gastroenterology Department as a specialist in Motility. * Department is comprised of 21 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners

Providers see approximately 35,000 outpatients per year for a wide variety of GI and liver related problems including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, biliary tract disorders and diseases of the pancreas, colon cancer, and disorders of the esophagus
Physicians also perform approximately 20,000 procedures annually.
Many of the Departments physicians are frequently recognized in local and national publications as among the best in their field.
The Department offers a collegial and supportive environment in which providers feel their efforts are recognized and valued.
The GI Department also has an ACGME accredited GI Fellowship Program with staff physicians holding academic appointments
Staff gastroenterologists have the opportunity to interact with fellows, residents and medical students, and to teach if so inclined.

Interested candidates should be Fellowship Trained in GI.

In addition to strong academic credentials, candidates should possess superb clinical skills and a demonstrated ability to engage and interact effectively with patients and their families, medical and nursing staff, and other clinical and administrative colleagues within the organization.

A solid work ethic and well-developed organizational skills are also required to effectively manage care in our fast-pd environment where quality care and safety are our highest priorities.

Conveniently located in Burlington, MA, a scenic suburban community approximately 15 miles northwest of Boston and a short drive to the lakes, mountains, and shores of New England.
