    Job Description*As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:* Developing characterization and production tests of our silicon chips

    • Collecting and analyzing data on wafers and packaged parts from testers at our headquarters in Guilford, Connecticut
    • Testing novel silicon photonics structures using lasers
    • Testing advanced CMOS circuits and sensors
    • Continually improving our test hardware

    Qualifications*Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:* BS in EE or physics with strong coursework in semiconductors

    • 3+ years of industry experience preferred
    • Proficient with scientific programming languages (Python, Matlab, or similar)
    • Good knowledge of the wafer manufacturing process
    • Working knowledge of CMOS circuits
    • Experience with software control of lab equipment (light sources, motorized stages etc)
    • Experience with modern open source software ecosystem
