    What You Will Do:

    Work closely with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure achievement of program goals Lead project management of key initiatives across Procurement Use Ecolab program management best practices, and as needed develop new methods and tools Develop key organizational metrics and sustainable reporting processes Incorporate change leadership in programs to ensure stakeholders make the personal changes needed for program success Develop and manage an effective measurement and reporting system including progress and results tracking, P&L linkage, and other critical metrics Work across organizational boundaries and influence others to achieve program goals Coach and mentor up, across, and down to develop others Participate with rest of Enterprise Excellence PMO team to advance a culture of continuous improvement Location: St.

    Paul, MN Corporate Office
    • Hyrid, 3 days onsite.
    Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7 years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management. 3 years' experience managing a portfolio of cross functional projects or programs. Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, in both written and verbal (presentation) areas Demonstrated success initiating change and process improvement Demonstrated process improvement skills
