    Responsibilities

    • As an SAP IBP Supply Chain PMO leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience and knowledge on program managing large IBP programs, supply chain planning/ demand management process knowledge and SAP product skills to manage client success.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead / Create and manage the Program Management Office (PMO), Charter, Project Plan, RAID etc. for supply chain Transformation on SAP (IBP/MM/PP)
    • Develop and update supply chain metrics and IBP implementation project plans and other project related documents.
    • Coordinate business workshops with supply chain leaders across globe.
    • Schedule, coordinate, and document key stakeholder meetings
    • Ability to drive Business needs workshops / Process FIT GAP workshops with Client CXP teams, Business and Process SMEs
    • The PMO lead should have sound Supply chain process knowledge and some good hands-on SAP experience (Preferably SAP SCM implementation experience.)
    • Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.
    • Strong Supply Chain Industry background is a plus.
    • Strong Communications skills, presentation skills are a MUST.
    • Ability to lead and manage Supply Chain Tracks and teams.
    • Work with Process / track leads / Architects to a line and manage program deliverables.
    • Manage effort Staff burn rates/ budgets/ project documents etc.
    • Prepare the project reporting documentation for Client, and Steering Committee
    • Gather data to include in all Record and product notes from client meetings.
    • Interact with client team members to collect and report on project related information.
    • Maintain all PMO documents, files, and databases relating to the effort.

    Core Qualifications

    • The SAP IBM Supply Chain Consulting leader needs to have a minimum 12 – to - 15 years of leading SCM Transformation, SAP SCM process design for a SAP S/4 Hana IBP for large scale ERP / IBP implementations with 5+ years focused on – Supply Chain Planning/ IBP Project Management

    Education: BA, BS/ BE/ Graduate degree. MBA is a plus/

    • Implementation experience in recent past on supply chain/ IBP Planning/ APO Planning is a MUST
    • Certifications: Preferred PMP, SAP background required.
    • Deep Understanding of SAP Supply Chain transformation processes /
    • Expertise in PM tools, MS Projects, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio
    • Very Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Nice to have - Organizational Change Management (OCM) exposure as lead and/or team member.
