    Job Description

    This position's primary function is to ensure high customer satisfaction by instilling APS company Mission, Vision, and Core Values. They will accomplish this by being courteous and professional in contacting our partners/ clients verifying current contact and billing information. They will work directly with the accounting team, sales team, service manager(s), and project manager(s) to update account information so we can ensure we are billing correctly and collecting efficiently. This team member must have high expectations for customer service. Again, this is a temporary position that may become full time with additional duties.
