    Job Overview

    The Residential Assistant will provide support to individuals in the program meet their recovery goals. The RA will be responsible for enforcement of house rules, administer medications, complete random room searches, and drug screens in compliance with state regulations.

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D
    • Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) certification mandatory or willingness to obtain in one year
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
