Touchstone is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill full Warehouse Associate positions at our fulfillment center in Fairfield, OH

Job requirements include ability to pick, pack and ship customer orders using an efficient warehouse management system with handheld scanners and intuitive shipping software, follow manager's direction and follow strict safety standards.

Our team works together to serve the customers of Touchstone with their fulfillment needs. We hold each other to high standards using a daily Employee Output Unit (EOU) competition system that gameifies our success. We reward our hardest workers

Warehouse Associates working in our Fulfillment Center must meet the following:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state and federal laws
