- Extensive experience in managing prototype build shops and hands-on experience in prototyping.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, when project deadlines demand.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including long-term assignments of up to six months.
- Blend process-oriented strategies with creative, out-of-the-box thinking for problem-solving.

- Keen understanding of successful early acquisition program management activities and milestones and innovative application to assigned products.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in high-level production engineering, program management, and quality engineering in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry best practices.
