- Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers phone SMS email chat
- Qualify customers understand their needs timeline budget set high-quality appointments for Sales Supply teams re-engage cold dormant leads deliver best-in-class consultative customer experience consistently hit daily weekly monthly contact appointment targets maintain clean CRM records accurate pipeline tracking identify patterns lead quality provide feedback Marketing Product help optimize scripts outreach strategies sales playbooks
