- Provide administrative oversight/supervision and management of the program and team.
- Conduct group meetings and handle cases.
- Oversee the development of treatment / behavior / support / safety plans, as needed.
- Identify and coordinate training and support needs of the community.
- Manage program evaluation activities including but not limited to, gathering, reviewing, and utilizing feedback for continuous quality improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology.
- Must have a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) are Preferred.
- Must have 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous crisis experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
