    Molecular Search is delighted to partner with a leading CDMO specializing in biologics development and manufacturing. Our client is dedicated to advancing innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge biologics manufacturing solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of biologics manufacturing operations, including upstream and downstream processes, purification, and fill-finish.
    • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize productivity, capacity utilization, and resource allocation, while maintaining a focus on cost efficiency and profitability.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with quality, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
    • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring adherence to cGMP regulations, environmental health and safety standards, and company policies.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and employee development, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to build a high-performing manufacturing team.
    • Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term manufacturing strategies, support business growth objectives, and drive operational excellence initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in biologics manufacturing processes, including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and fill-finish, within a CDMO or biopharmaceutical company.
    • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements applicable to biologics manufacturing.
    • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving manufacturing efficiency, and delivering on production targets while ensuring product quality and compliance.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a rapidly evolving industry.
